Website Maintenance
NCC offers maintenance services for websites that we create and websites created by other companies.
Whether your site is simple HTML, database-driven, or a complex content management system, we’re happy to assist in your site maintenance issues. We can also assist with Flash and graphic maintenance, and programming maintenance in JavaScript, Perl, PHP, and other common programming languages.
Maintenance Rates
- HTML, CSS, and minor graphic maintenance: $75/hour with a quarter hour minimum *
- Flash: $100/hour with a one hour minimum
- PHP, Perl, CMS, and other programming maintenance: $100/hour with a one hour minimum
For simple maintenance jobs, we can usually provide a rough estimate on the phone and can often perform the necessary work within 24 business hours. For extensive maintenance, we’re happy to provide a quote and a time estimate.
For regular maintenance customers with established credit, NCC simply runs an open ticket, and bills at the end of the month. If you need immediate billing, we’re happy to accommodate.
You will need to provide
- A description of the work
- Any necessary photos, written copy, or other assets
- FTP or control panel login
* This rate applies to clients with established credit. Clients who require paper billing are charged $90/hr for maintenance.
