The phrase minimum setup and development does not mean that we're guaranteeing to build you an ecommerce site for $1000, $2000 or $3500. It means that sites of these types starts at $1000, $2000 or $3500, but may be more expensive depending on the features needed and other factors.

NCC does website development by proposal. This means that we sit down with you to determine your website wish list, then write a proposal detailing what you want and how we intend to provide it. The proposal includes pricing for the project.
