NCC now offers Realtors® customized access to the NTREIS/MLS database of listings for the North Texas area. We can put your listings and photos on your website directly from the MLS database. We can also provide your site with a customized MLS search form, allowing anyone to search the MLS database without having to leave your site. This service is available to any realtor or real estate office with NTREIS membership whose website is hosted at NCC.

Conditions of Service- NCC is a NTREIS-website integrator, and provides this service only for websites are hosted on NCC servers. For contractual and security reasons, NCC cannot provide a raw IDX feed for websites elsewhere, or provide data for framing.
- NCC provides IDX services for Realtors in the North Texas NTREIS coverage area only.
- Realtor must be a NTREIS subscriber, and the application to use this data must be approved by NTREIS. Application approval takes about one week, in most cases.
- NTREIS charges a $30 per month access fee for the use of MLS data on Realtor websites, separate from any membership fees the Realtor already pays.
- NCC charges a monthly fee for website hosting.
- NCC charges a $250 one-time fee for formatting the search and results templates. This work must be performed by NCC. It cannot be performed by your web designer.
