Real Estate and MLS Services

NCC is an authorized NTREIS vendor, providing custom IDX services to Realtors^® in the North Texas region. We offer two levels of services — fully custom and framable.

Fully Custom

• Seven search forms: Quick, All Listings, Residential, Commercial, Multi-Family, Residential Lease and Lots & Acreage
• Add-ons include
  • Regional customization
  • Custom “Our Listings” search based on agent name or office code
  • Mortgage calculator
  • Email response form for better data capture
  • Featured listings on your home page
  • Agent gallery
• Must be hosted on NCC’s servers
• $50/month hosting + $33/month NTREIS data access fee
• $250 one-time configuration fee

Framable

• This is a plain vanilla feed providing all seven search forms, but no customization or add-ons.
• Framable - site can be hosted anywhere
• $25/month hosting + $33/month NTREIS data access fee
• $250 one-time configuration fee

Multiple Sites

Occasionally, Realtors^® need small subsites that geographically target a particular neighborhood or city. If your primary website is already hosted with NCC, subsites may be hosted at a discounted rate. It’s also worth noting that NTREIS charges their data access fee on the first site only, so additional subsites are not subject to extra expense.

Conditions of Service

• NCC provides IDX services for Realtors^® in the North Texas NTREIS coverage area only.
• Realtor must be a NTREIS subscriber, and the application to use this data must be approved by NTREIS. Application approval takes about one week, in most cases.
• NTREIS charges a $33 per month access fee for the use of MLS data on Realtor^® websites, separate from any membership fees the Realtor^® already pays. This fee is subject to change.
• Formatting the search and results templates must be performed by NCC. It cannot be performed by your web designer.
