Featured, Sold, & Pending Databases

Realtors^® frequently ask us if they can display their sold and pending listings.

Under the current NTREIS rules, these listings cannot be displayed directly from the NTREIS database.

As a work-around, NCC offers custom real estate database services that allow Realtors^® to display any of their own listings that they wish, including solds and pendings. These databases are user-managed and formatted to look like the real NTREIS listings.
