Montage is NCC's internal company tasked with administrating temporary staffing solutions during peak periods as well as providing specialist expertise in the Nordic nations.

Montage supplements NCC's current workforce of around 9,500 permanently employed skilled workers, who form the backbone of the company. Temporary staff account for around 5–10% of NCC's total pool of skilled workers. Montage provides a long-term sustainable solution which offers flexibility and ownership of staff provision.

An internal company allows us to gain full insight, ensuring staff receive the right salary and conditions and helping us to act in accordance with our values. As a result, working with Montage in the long-term means we can achieve a cost base which provides a platform for winning more projects, securing permanent appointments in the process.

Business Idea

Montage's business idea is based on three main tenets:

Securing qualified, efficient staff who can be deployed on a flexible basis in line with the cycles of our operation.

Ensuring maximum transparency across the entire business, compliance with legislation and regulations and equal treatment of all staff in line with our values.

Securing a cost base which enables projects to be won in the short-term while making NCC more competitive in the long-term.
