NCC has been commissioned by the City of Acka to build Toijala Primary School in Ackas, south of Tampere, Finland. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 150 million.
NCC has signed an agreement with Tyresö Municipality outside Stockholm to build a new school with associated sports hall. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 600 million.
NCC initiates a strategic review of NCC Industry business area. The review will evaluate various strategic options, including a possible divestment. The purpose is to review the best way to develop the business area going forward and to increase shareholder value in NCC.
Very strong earnings and cash flow
Gladsaxe Fjernvarme has selected NCC as the main contractor to carry out a major expansion of the district heating network in Gladsaxe Municipality, north of Copenhagen. The order value is approximately SEK 600 million.
