NCC helps to develop and transform Mälardalen University
Following a procurement process, NCC has been selected by Hemsö as the contractor for the development of the “S” building at Mälardalen University, which will be repurposed from its current function as a teaching facility into office space. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 150 million.

NCC to build new recycling center in Kiruna
NCC has been commissioned by LKAB to construct a new recycling center in Kiruna. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 160 million, and completion is scheduled for the autumn of 2026.
NCC receives new assignment at Ryhov County Hospital
NCC has received an additional assignment from Regionfastigheter as part of the framework agreement, signed in 2023, for future-proofing Ryhov County Hospital. This sub-project includes the refurbishment and extension of Akutspåret at Ryhov County Hospital in Jönköping. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form and is valued at approximately SEK 150 million.
NCC signs asphalt contracts in Norway for SEK 250 million
NCC has signed five asphalt contracts with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The term of the contracts is one year, and the total order value is approximately SEK 250 million.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NCC AB will be held at Hotel At Six, Brunkebergstorg 6, Stockholm, at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
NCC to build new swim center in Karlskoga
NCC has been commissioned by Karlskoga Municipality to construct a new swim center adjacent to the Nobelhallen sports facility in Karlskoga. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 440 million.
NCC to develop training ground for Swedish Fortifications Agency in Karlskoga
On behalf of the Swedish Fortifications Agency, NCC is to develop the Villingsberg training ground and firing range in Karlskoga, Sweden. The assignment is part of the re-establishment of the Bergslagen Artillery Regiment and includes service buildings and new infrastructure. The order value is approximately SEK 300 million.
NCC divests new public properties project in Espoo
NCC is divesting the public properties project Cleantech Garden in Espoo, Finland, comprising approximately 13,750 square meters of lettable area for SEK 900 million. The buyer is Suohki, a social infrastructure company in Finland, wholly owned by Infranode. The City of Espoo will be the largest tenant in the property with a new school.
