Bonava's ticker on Nasdaq Stockholm to be "BONAV A" and "BONAV B"

Tranåsbostäder and NCC in strategic partnership

Over the next five years, NCC and Tranåsbostäder will jointly develop and construct a variety of buildings including elderly care facilities, schools and a multi-purpose arena in the Municipality of Tranås, Sweden. The estimated total order value is approximately SEK 600 million.

Conversion of shares in NCC AB

In accordance with NCC’s Articles of Association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that their shares be converted to Series B shares. As a result of such conversion, the total number of voting rights in the company is reduced. In connection with conversion, the company is obligated, pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), to disclose details of the change in this manner.

Bonava publishes prospectus

NCC AB’s subsidiary Bonava AB (publ) has prepared a prospectus regarding admission to trading of the company’s shares of series A and shares of series B on Nasdaq Stockholm with first day of trading expected to be on June 9, 2016.

NCC to construct Central Station for the West Link

The Swedish Transport Administration has commissioned NCC to construct the significant central station phase of the West Link project. The assignment comprises an underground commuter train station and about 2 kilometers of railway tunneling. The Transport Administration has budgeted some SEK 3 billion for the phase in question.

Nordstjernan’s conversion of shares in NCC completed

NCC to construct Häggvik interchange on the Stockholm Bypass Link

NCC has been commissioned for the project design and construction of a new interchange on the E4 Expressway at Häggvik, north of Stockholm. The new interchange will be part of the Stockholm Bypass Link and the assignment includes concrete tunnels, bridges and connecting roads to the E4, the Norrortsleden Link and the road network in the area. The order is worth SEK 740 million.

NCC commences construction of Kungälv’s new waterworks

NCC and Kungälv Municipality have entered a partnering arrangement for the construction of a new waterworks north of Kungälv. The works will have the capacity to provide drinking water to the municipalities of Kungälv, Tjörn, Ale and Stenungssund by the summer of 2018. The order value is approximately SEK 300 million.

Distribution and listing of Bonava on Nasdaq Stockholm

On April 12, 2016, the Annual General Meeting of NCC AB (publ) resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal to distribute all shares of Bonava AB (publ) (former NCC Housing) to the shareholders of NCC and authorized the Board of Directors to set the record date for the distribution. The Board of Directors of NCC set the record date for the distribution of NCC’s shares in Bonava to June 7, 2016.

NCC to upgrade “Million Programme” housing in Fittja

NCC will renovate “Million Programme” housing in Fittja, a suburb south of Stockholm, in cooperation with Botkyrkabyggen. The area will be upgraded based on the residents’ need for an attractive and safe living environment. Valued at approximately SEK 1 billion, the framework agreement will extend over a six to eight-year period.
