Bonava sells rental units in Linköping and Karlstad

NCC’s subsidiary Bonava (formerly NCC Housing) is selling a total of 352 newly developed Nordic Swan ecolabelled rental units in Linköping and Karlstad to the housing company Willhem. The sale is being carried out in the form of a company transaction at a value of SEK 595 M.

NCC to build rental units for Magnolia Bostad

NCC has been commissioned by Magnolia Bostad to build 454 rental units in central Uppsala, in the Senapsfabriken 2 property block. The order is valued at SEK 443 million.

NCC to construct sustainable infrastructure for new city district

NCC has been commissioned by the Municipality of Norrtälje to develop, in a strategic cooperation format, infrastructure in the new city district of Norrtälje Hamn. The estimated order value is SEK 450 million and the assignment will be completed in phases up to 2020.  

NCC’s Annual General Meeting 2016

At today’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders in NCC, the shareholders passed resolutions concerning dividend payment, Board of Directors and director fees, election of auditor, guidelines for remuneration of senior executives and long-term performance-based incentive program. Resolutions the buyback and transfer of treasury shares were also passed.

Conversion of shares in NCC AB

In accordance with NCC’s Articles of Association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that their shares be converted to Series B shares. As a result of such conversion, the total number of voting rights in the company is reduced. In connection with conversion, the company is obligated, pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), to disclose details of the change in this manner.

NCC to build 374 new rental apartments in Linköping

NCC has been commissioned by Fastighets AB L E Lundberg to build 374 new residential rental units in the area of Södra Ekkällan in Linköping.  The order is worth SEK 515 million.
