NCC is to remodel the former Liljanhuset property in Borlänge into a new university building on behalf of property owner Diös. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of just over SEK 400 million.
NCC has been commissioned by the Danish Ministry of Defence Estate Agency to construct a workshop and multi-purpose building with a sustainability focus at the Aalborg barracks in Jutland. The order value is approximately SEK 170 million.
NCC has been commissioned by Stockholmshem to construct 91 rental apartments in Västertorp, in south Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 180 million.
Today at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the shareholders of NCC passed resolutions concerning inter alia the adoption of the income statement and the balance sheet, discharge from liability for the Board of Directors and the CEO, payment of a dividend, and authorization for the Board of Directors to repurchase and transfer own Series B shares.
NCC has been commissioned by Mobile Industrial Robots and Universal Robots to construct a new head office of wood in Odense, Denmark. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 450 million.
NCC is divesting the Albatross logistics project in Arendal to Barings for an agreed property value of approximately SEK 530 million.
NCC has been commissioned by a joint venture between Catella, Nordkranen and DWS to construct approximately 440 rental units in Herlev near Copenhagen. The order value of the construction contract is approximately SEK 840 million. The units will be constructed on land where NCC previously conducted asphalt operations.
A waterfront promenade with a water park, squares and a pier with a bathing jetty are features of NCC’s new project in Lidköping. The project is one of several major urban development projects that are planned in Lidköping. The assignment has an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.
NCC is continuing its refurbishment work in Albertslund, outside Copenhagen. On behalf of Vridsløselille Andelsboligforening, a part of BO-VEST, NCC is to refurbish and remodel 383 rental apartments in the district. The order is worth SEK 320 million.
NCC has been commissioned by Familjebostäder to construct 96 rental apartments in Älvsjöstaden, in south Stockholm. This is the parties’ fourth joint project in the area. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.
NCC’s sustainability report, which has now been published, shows that NCC has reduced its climate emissions by 41 percent compared with the base year of 2015. The aim is to reduce the Group’s emissions by 60 percent by 2030 to reach climate neutrality by 2045. NCC is also strengthening it efforts to reduce emissions in the value chain and this year is reporting emissions from the most important categories.

NCC has been commissioned by NREP to construct 526 rental apartments in Turku, Finland. The housing units will be distributed across five buildings and will mark the start of a new residential area in the city. The order value is approximately SEK 615 million.
