According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
Henrik Landelius, Head of business area Building Sweden, has decided to leave NCC for another position. He has been Head of the business area since 2018.
Increase in orders received and higher profit.
NCC is divesting the scaffolding company Bergnäset Ställningsmontage to REMONDIS Maintenance & Services Sweden AB. The transaction is expected to have a positive impact on earnings in business area Infrastructure of around SEK 175 M at closing, which is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2023.
In accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2023, NCC has cancelled 8,674,866 own Series B shares previously repurchased by the company.
