NCC is divesting the Frederiks Plads Company House office project in central Aarhus to PensionDanmark for approximately SEK 240 million.
NCC sells a part of division Road Services, ViaSafe Sweden, to Ramudden. ViaSafe Sweden handles road safety solutions, has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million and employs 60 people.
NCC has been commissioned by Tyresö Municipality to build the new Fornudden school in Tyresö, outside Stockholm. The order value is just over SEK 300 million.
Instead of distributing Christmas gifts to personnel, NCC is donating SEK 1 million to the charitable organization Engineers Without Borders. NCC’s donation will go to fund the extension of a school in the Karagwe district of Tanzania.
NCC is registering the order for the second tunnel on the Faroe Islands – the Sandoy Tunnel – with an order value of SEK 1.2 billion.
NCC, Nuno Arkitektur and Bærum Municipality signed an agreement today for construction of the Rud swim center. The order is valued at approximately SEK 330 million, and the center will be open to the public in the summer of 2021.
NCC has been selected to renovate an office into a hotel at the main railway station in Helsinki, Finland. The value of the project is about SEK 740 million and the customer is the real estate investment company Exilion.
NCC has signed a comprehensive agreement with the Swedish Transport Administration to build a new road along European route E14 outside Sundsvall, Sweden. The assignment includes a new four-lane express road, crossings and bridges and the reconstruction of the current route. The order value amounts to SEK 455 million.
