According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
NCC has been commissioned by Idrætscenter Vendsyssel (ICV) to construct a swim center in North Jutland, Denmark. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 190 million.
NCC has been commissioned by Falu Municipality to build the Sundborn School in Sundborn, north of Falun in Dalarna. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 265 million.
NCC has been commissioned by the Swedish Fortifications Agency to construct a building for storage and training for the Swedish Armed Forces at the LV6 Air Defence Regiment in Halmstad, Sweden. The project is a construction contract and the order value is approximately SEK 660 million.
NCC has been commissioned by the investment company Selfinvest to construct a 12,400-square-meter office building in the city of Middelfart in Funen, Denmark. The order value is approximately SEK 630 million.
NCC Property Development has signed a lease agreement with Cargotec, which will be moving its headquarters to the We Land office building, due to be completed next year in the Ruoholahti area of Helsinki. Cargotec plans to occupy about 2,000 square meters on We Land’s top floors.

In 2021/2022 I was lucky enough to attend a leadership course together with colleagues from different parts of NCC. It was an exciting chance to learn more about the different business challenges and the opportunities NCC is facing. The course was also an important reminder that our ability to develop ourselves and learn from each other is the biggest advantage NCC has in the construction industry.
Hi blog readers! Right now I’m doing a management rotation in the project planning team. At NCC, this means working on coordinating and managing the planning of projects. It’s a really fun, challenging and learning experience – in this post, I hope to teach you more about project planning and project studios!
The real estate market in popular urban areas can be developed by renovating existing properties into premises which fulfill the present-day requirements. Renovation and circular economy also enable reduction of energy and material related CO2 emissions created by the industry, states NCC’s Property Development organization in Finland.
