NCC has been commissioned by Norrköping Municipality to build a 700-meter-long quay as part of the “Inre hamnen” (Inner Harbor) project. The order value is approximately SEK 260 million.

Profitability continues to improve
NCC divests the Swedish and Finnish part of the Road Services division to the German based holding company Mutares (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: MUX). The transaction will have a marginal negative effect on NCC earnings and a marginal positive effect on the cash flow in the third quarter.
NCC has been commissioned by Scandinavian Property Group to construct approximately 400 apartments, both tenant-owner and rental apartments, in Bålsta north of Stockholm, Sweden. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 450 million.
NCC divests the Danish part of the Road Services division to Arkil A/S through a share purchase agreement. The transaction will have a marginal positive effect on NCC earnings.
According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
NCC has signed an agreement with the City of Helsinki to construct schools in Pakilanpuisto in collaboration, with strict environmental objectives. The order value amounts to approximately EUR 27 million.
NCC has been commissioned by Familjebostäder to construct 144 rental apartments in Älvsjöstaden, south of Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 280 million.
NCC has been commissioned by Stockholm Public Transport (SL) and the City of Sundbyberg to carry out preparatory work for the Tvärbanan light rail line by the new Rissne station in the north of Stockholm. The order value is approximately SEK 265 million.
