Conversion of shares in NCC AB, August 2024
According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
NCC to refurbish hotel in Helsinki
NCC has been commissioned by Exilion to refurbish a future Scandic Hotel in Helsinki, Finland. The property also contains office premises, retail space and restaurants. The order value is approximately SEK 180 million.
NCC to build new swim center in Visby
NCC’s subsidiary, Nybergs Entreprenad, is to construct a new and ultramodern swim center in the center of Visby. The project will be carried out in partnering form with the client, Region Gotland, and the order value is approximately SEK 300 million.
