Conversion of shares in NCC AB
In accordance with NCC’s Articles of Association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that their shares be converted to Series B shares. As a result of such conversion, the total number of voting rights in the company is reduced. In connection with conversion, the company is obligated, pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), to disclose details of the change in this manner.

NCC signs agreement for the construction of Lögaräng swim center in Västerås, Sweden
In cooperation with the Municipality of Västerås, NCC has planned and designed the new Lögaräng swim center in Västerås and has now signed an agreement to also execute the construction contract for the swimming complex. The total order value is SEK 340 million.

NCC is selling Aitio Business Park in Helsinki for SEK 430 million to an equity fund within OP Financial group.
