Conversion of shares in NCC AB
In accordance with NCC’s Articles of Association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that their shares be converted to Series B shares. As a result of such conversion, the total number of voting rights in the company is reduced. In connection with conversion, the company is obligated, pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), to disclose details of the change in this manner.
NCC’s Loop Rocks challenges the haulage industry
NCC is now taking the next step toward renewing the industry for building materials by bringing together haulage firms, machinery rental companies and environmental consultants using Loop Rocks, an open platform developed by NCC to match supply and demand for secondary masses at construction sites. The first Loop Rocks truck will be deployed in Sweden’s Mälardalen region in April.

NCC to build Finspång medical center
NCC has been commissioned to design and build Finspång medical center in cooperation with Region Östergötland. The order value is estimated at approximately SEK 500 million.
NCC divests land in Denmark for SEK 95 million
Today, NCC divested land in Copenhagen, Denmark, to a private investor for a purchase price of approximately SEK 95 million.
