At today’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders in NCC, the shareholders passed resolutions concerning dividend payment, election of the Board of Directors and director fees, election of auditor, guidelines for remuneration of senior executives and a long-term performance-based incentive program. Resolutions regarding the purchase and transfer of own shares were also passed.
NCC has signed a new framework agreement with Specialfastigheter for major construction contracts. The framework agreement has an estimated total volume of between SEK 8 billion and SEK 10 billion that four procured contractors will share.
NCC has secured another assignment with Bergen Light Rail in Norway worth SEK 225 million. NCC is to construct the D16 Fyllingsdalen project, part of the Bergen Light Rail line.
Nordea has signed a 15-year lease for approximately 8,500 square meters in NCC’s Frederiks Plads II office project in Aarhus, Denmark.
NCC is selling its Danish recycling operations to the recycling company RGS Nordic. The divestment is part of NCC Industry’s streamlining of its operations in Denmark.
NCC has signed a four-year framework agreement valued at more than SEK 3.3 billion with the public housing company fsb in Denmark. NCC will work in partnership with COWI, RUBOW Architects, Smith Innovation and BM Byggeindustri.

NCC is divesting the Flintholm II office project, the head office of the consultancy EY in Copenhagen, to the German real estate asset manager Deka Immobilien for approximately SEK 460 million.

NCC has signed a contract with the Swedish Transport Administration to widen the European route E12 as part of the new ring road around Umeå. The assignment includes building ten bridges and laying seven kilometers of new road. The order value is approximately SEK 400 million.
NCC, in partnership with Nacka Municipality, will build the Boo Gård school and Sigfridsborg school, which will house a total of 1,500 students. The project is part of the strategic partnering arrangement covering the development of preschools, schools and sporting facilities in the municipality. The order value is approximately SEK 520 million.
The Norwegian agency UDI has signed a ten-year lease for approximately 16,000 square meters in NCC’s Valle View office project at Helsfyr in the Oslo region.
NCC has been commissioned by OX2 to construct the foundations and roads for a wind farm in Åndberg, Härjedalen. With this assignment, NCC is consolidating its position as one of Sweden’s leading builders in the area.
ATP Ejendomme and NCC have signed an agreement to refurbish and expand Nordea’s former headquarters in Copenhagen, converting it into the Hilton Copenhagen City Center. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 825 million.
