Conversion of shares in NCC AB
According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.
NCC to refurbish housing units in Denmark for SEK 1 billion
NCC has won its single largest refurbishment project in Denmark to date, with a new phase of the refurbishment of row houses in the Albertslund Syd residential district for Bo-Vest. Worth approximately SEK 1 billion, the contract encompasses 503 row houses and extends for just over three years beginning in February 2020.

NCC signs lease with Fiskars Group in Espoo
NCC has signed a long-term lease with Fiskars Group, which will be moving its head office to NCC’s “Next” project in Espoo, Finland in early 2022. Fiskars Group will be leasing the entire property of approximately 10,000 square meters.
