NCC’s Board of Directors has decided to repurchase and transfer own Series B shares

Pursuant to its mandate from the Annual General Meeting held on March 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of NCC AB (publ) has decided to repurchase and transfer own Series B shares.

NCC’s Kineum project reaches milestone – Platzer assumes ownership next year

The letting of NCC’s Kineum project in Gothenburg, which has been developed together with Platzer Fastigheter, has reached a milestone. This means that ownership can be transferred to Platzer in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Johan Lindqvist new Head of Purchasing at NCC

NCC has recruited Johan Lindqvist as its new Head of Purchasing and Chief Procurement Officer. Johan comes most recently from Volvo Bus Corporation, part of Volvo Group, and will be part of NCC’s Senior Management Team. He will take up his new position by November 2021 at the latest.

Invitation to presentation of NCC’s interim report for the first quarter 2021

NCC’s interim report for the first quarter 2021 will be released on Wednesday April 28, 2021. The report will be distributed and available on NCC’s website ncc.se/ir (https://www.ncc.se/investor-relations/) at, or around, 07:10 CEST.

NCC to develop KY Building in Helsinki into modern office premises

NCC has acquired and is now commencing renovation of the illustrious and centrally located KY Building in Helsinki, Finland. The property, which is the former students’ union building of Helsinki School of Economics, will be renovated and converted into a modern, sustainable and multifunctional office block.

Divestment of NCC Road Services in Denmark to Arkil will not go ahead

In July 2020, NCC entered an agreement with Arkil A/S to divest the road service business in Denmark with 200 employees. The divestment was conditional upon approval from the Danish competition authorities with an option to withdraw if the conditions had not been met at a certain time. Arkil has now decided to use that option.

NCC to construct Granåsen sports facility on behalf of Trondheim Municipality

NCC and Trondheim Municipality have signed an agreement to construct the new Granåsen winter sport venue in Trondheim, Norway. The project has been optimized in an initial phase during which the parties worked together to devise suitable technical solutions and plans for the implementation phase. The order is worth approximately SEK 470 million.
