During the period May 23 – May 27, 2022, NCC (LEI-code 213800WRGLW3CY4MHW53) repurchased a total of 229 671 own Series B shares (ISIN: SE0000117970) under the framework of the repurchase program that the Board have decided.

NCC to build a new school for 850 students in Finland

NCC has been commissioned by the city of Mikkeli to build the Saimaanportti school in Finland. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 270 million.

NCC to construct new emergency hospital in Västerås – planning now initiated

NCC and Region Västmanland are commencing the next step in their cooperation to construct a new emergency hospital in Västerås in partnering form. The parties have now agreed to conduct detailed project planning. The order value is approximately SEK 250 million.

NCC commences program to repurchase own shares

As previously announced, NCC’s Board of Directors has approved a repurchase program of own Series B shares. The program is now being initiated with the aim of adapting NCC’s capital structure to the company’s capital requirements.

Management change at NCC Industry

Grete Aspelund will become the new Head of the NCC Industry business area. Grete Aspelund is currently President of Sweco Norway and will assume her new role no later than November 1, 2022. Ylva Lagesson, who has been Head of the business area since November 2020, has chosen to return to a more operational role as Head of the Asphalt Division. She will remain in her current position until Grete Aspelund joins the Group.
