NCC has been commissioned by a joint venture between Catella, Nordkranen and DWS to construct approximately 440 rental units in Herlev near Copenhagen. The order value of the construction contract is approximately SEK 840 million. The units will be constructed on land where NCC previously conducted asphalt operations.
A waterfront promenade with a water park, squares and a pier with a bathing jetty are features of NCC’s new project in Lidköping. The project is one of several major urban development projects that are planned in Lidköping. The assignment has an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.
NCC is continuing its refurbishment work in Albertslund, outside Copenhagen. On behalf of Vridsløselille Andelsboligforening, a part of BO-VEST, NCC is to refurbish and remodel 383 rental apartments in the district. The order is worth SEK 320 million.
NCC has been commissioned by Familjebostäder to construct 96 rental apartments in Älvsjöstaden, in south Stockholm. This is the parties’ fourth joint project in the area. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.
NCC’s sustainability report, which has now been published, shows that NCC has reduced its climate emissions by 41 percent compared with the base year of 2015. The aim is to reduce the Group’s emissions by 60 percent by 2030 to reach climate neutrality by 2045. NCC is also strengthening it efforts to reduce emissions in the value chain and this year is reporting emissions from the most important categories.

NCC has been commissioned by NREP to construct 526 rental apartments in Turku, Finland. The housing units will be distributed across five buildings and will mark the start of a new residential area in the city. The order value is approximately SEK 615 million.
NCC has been commissioned by Riksbyggen to construct 163 tenant-owned apartments in Täby Park, north of Stockholm. This is the parties’ fourth joint project in the area. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 350 million.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NCC AB will be held at Norra Latin, Drottninggatan 71 B, Stockholm, on Tuesday April 5, 2022 at 4.30 p.m.
NCC and HSB will initiate a partnering project and construct two buildings with 87 apartments in the growing city of Skellefteå. The order value is approximately SEK 190 million.
NCC has been commissioned by Region Sörmland to renovate and remodel a healthcare building at Nyköping Hospital. The order is included in the parties’ strategic partnering arrangement and amounts to about SEK 200 million.
NCC has been commissioned by Danica to construct a third house in Tuborg Strandeng, Hellerup, Denmark. The project is named Kysthus III and will contain 38 apartments and is a continuation of Kysthus I and Kysthus II which the parties previously built together in the same area. The order value amounts approximately SEK 540 million.
In collaboration with HSB Gothenburg, NCC will construct 141 tenant-owner apartments in Gothenburg. The apartments represent the final phase in the new Fixfabiken residential area that is being developed in western Gothenburg. The order value is approximately SEK 365 million.
NCC and the Capital Region of Denmark have signed a further agreement for the New North Zealand Hospital project. This contract pertains to the interior of the hospital and the order value is approximately SEK 940 million.
NCC, in collaboration with Intea and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, will construct a new prison and non-institutional care facility in Kristianstad. The prison and non-institutional care facility are part of Kristianstad’s new judicial center. The order is worth SEK 680 million.
