NCC links sustainability targets to existing credit facility of EUR 280 million

NCC has signed an agreement to link its sustainability targets to an existing revolving credit facility of EUR 280 million, which was entered into in December 2021. The credit facility will be linked to the Group’s sustainability targets and confirms NCC’s strong focus on sustainability.

Repurchase of NCC Series B shares in week 27, 2022

During the period July 4 – July 8, 2022, NCC (LEI-code 213800WRGLW3CY4MHW53) repurchased a total of 359,221 own Series B shares (ISIN: SE0000117970) under the framework of the repurchase program that the Board have decided.

NCC to build pumping station to keep Kristianstad drained

NCC has been commissioned by Kristianstad Municipality to construct a new pumping station for storm and soil water from the central, low-lying parts of the municipality. The pumping station will play an important role in removing water and protecting the city from flooding. The assignment is a design-build contract and the order value is approximately SEK 240 million.

NCC divests trenchless pipe installation operations to No Dig Alliance

NCC is selling NoDig, the company’s Swedish and Norwegian trenchless pipe installation operations, to No Dig Alliance. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022.

NCC develops new office project at Masthuggskajen in Gothenburg

NCC will now commence work on the Habitat 7 property development project in central Gothenburg. The project encompasses approximately 8,000 square meters of office space at Masthuggskajen and will be constructed adjacent to NCC’s Våghuset and Brick Studios projects.

Invitation to presentation of NCC’s interim report for the second quarter 2022

NCC’s interim report for the second quarter and first half of 2022 will be published on Tuesday July 19, 2022. The report will be distributed and available on NCC’s website ncc.com/ir at about 7:10 a.m. CEST.

NCC to build a school and kindergarten in Helsinki

NCC has been commissioned by the City of Helsinki to build a school and kindergarten in Länsi-Pakila, in the northern part om Helsinki, Finland. Construction will start in the autumn and the order value amounts approximately SEK 150 million. 

NCC sells Kontorværket office project in Denmark

NCC is selling Kontorværket 1 office project in Valby, Copenhagen to Industriens Pension. The building will become biotech company Genmab’s new headquarters and will meet high environmental standards for both the building and the area.

NCC receives order for 200,000 tonnes of asphalt in Norway

NCC has been commissioned to pave a new road section along the E6 outside Trondheim in Norway. The section is 19 kilometers long in total and NCC will lay 200,000 tonnes of asphalt. This makes the asphalt project one of the largest in Norway ever.

NCC to build a new pilot hall for RISE in Örnsköldsvik

NCC and RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) are initiating the next step in their partnership and are building the Bioeconomy Arena, a pilot hall with test bed facilities for the development of new biochemical products. The project is a turnkey contract valued at approximately SEK 150 million.

NCC to renovate Copenhagen’s Langelinie Quay

NCC’s foundation laying company Hercules has been commissioned by By & Havn to renovate Langelinie Quay in Copenhagen, Denmark. The order value is approximately SEK 220 million.
