NCC to build foundations for Ånglarna wind farm in Falu Municipality

NCC has been commissioned by OX2 to construct foundations and roads for a new wind farm in Ånglarna, north of Falun in central Sweden. The order value is approximately SEK 280 million.

NCC has signed an agreement with Specialfastigheter to build new premises for the Swedish National Board of Forensic Medicine. The project concerns new premises for the forensic psychiatry investigation unit in Gothenburg, Sweden. The order value is approximately SEK 225 million.

NCC to construct multi-purpose building in Finnish city of Oulu

NCC has been commissioned by the City of Oulu to construct a multi-purpose building near the Tuira school in Oulu, Finland. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 260 million.

Conversion of shares in NCC AB

According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.

NCC to construct swim center in Danish town of Vrå

NCC has been commissioned by Idrætscenter Vendsyssel (ICV) to construct a swim center in North Jutland, Denmark. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 190 million.

NCC to build the Sundborn School in Dalarna

NCC has been commissioned by Falu Municipality to build the Sundborn School in Sundborn, north of Falun in Dalarna. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 265 million.

NCC to build training hall for the Swedish Fortifications Agency in Halmstad

NCC has been commissioned by the Swedish Fortifications Agency to construct a building for storage and training for the Swedish Armed Forces at the LV6 Air Defence Regiment in Halmstad, Sweden. The project is a construction contract and the order value is approximately SEK 660 million.

NCC to build offices in Danish city of Middelfart

NCC has been commissioned by the investment company Selfinvest to construct a 12,400-square-meter office building in the city of Middelfart in Funen, Denmark. The order value is approximately SEK 630 million.

Changes in the NCC Senior Management Team

Henrik Landelius, Head of business area Building Sweden, has decided to leave NCC for another position. He has been Head of the business area since 2018.

NCC to build school and sports hall in Rovaniemi

NCC has signed a partnering agreement with the City of Rovaniemi in Finland to construct a new school building in the Nivavaara district. The assignment also includes the construction of a new sports hall, as well as upgrading the outdoor environment and the adjacent sports grounds. The order value is approximately SEK 400 million.

NCC to lay 360,000 tons of asphalt in northern Sweden

NCC has signed 22 agreements with the Swedish Transport Administration for paving work across large parts of northern Sweden. The total order value of the projects is approximately SEK 540 million.
