NCC to build new school in Västerås

NCC will build a new school with associated sports hall and schoolyard in partnership with the City of Västerås in Sweden. The new school will be located in Fredriksdal, part of the growing Gäddeholm area, east of Västerås. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 450 million.

Conversion of shares in NCC AB, February 2024

According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.

Nomination Committee’s proposal regarding Board of Directors of NCC AB for 2024

NCC’s Nomination Committee proposes the election of seven Board members, with no deputies, and the re-election of Alf Göransson as Chairman of the Board, for resolution at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Ida Aall Gram, President and CEO of Aspelin Ramm, is proposed as new Board member. Angela Langemar Olsson has declined re-election. The re-election of all other Board members is proposed.

NCC to convert and expand Rimforsa school in Östergötland

NCC has been commissioned by Kinda Municipality to convert and expand Rimforsa school in Östergötland. Rimforsa school is a compulsory school for children aged 5-12 and upon completion, will contain 21 classrooms with associated spaces for up to 483 students. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 150 million.

NCC’s interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2023 will be published on Tuesday January 30, 2024. The report will be distributed and published on NCC’s website ncc.com/ir at, or around, 7:10 a.m. CET.

NCC to refurbish Ågården in Copenhagen

NCC is to refurbish the Ågården neighborhood in Copenhagen’s Nörrebro district and work will now begin. The assignment is the first project to be carried out within the framework of the fsb HJEM partnership, which includes NCC. The order value of the project is approximately SEK 225 million.

NCC to build new retirement home in Västerås

NCC has been commissioned by Hemsö to construct the new Stenkumla retirement home in Västerås. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 150 million.

NCC to build Ångermanland District Court

NCC has been commissioned by Härnösand Seminariet, a subsidiary of Smedjan Samhällsfastigheter AB, to carry out a refurbishment and extension project for Ångermanland District Court in Härnösand. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 180 million.

NCC contracted by Ørsted to participate in construction of carbon capture plant in Denmark

NCC has signed an agreement with the energy company Ørsted to construct a carbon capture and storage plant in Denmark. The project is expected to be completed in late 2025.

NCC to construct road and tunnel in Norway for SEK 1.5 billion

NCC has been commissioned by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration to construct a new road and tunnel between Breivika and Lerstad in Ålesund Municipality in Norway. The order value is approximately SEK 1.5 billion.

NCC to build Diamanten in Bjurholm Municipality

In collaboration with Bjurholm Municipality, NCC is to construct Diamanten, a new building that will combine operations including a retirement home and preschool in Bjurholm. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.

NCC receives asphalt orders in Denmark

NCC has signed contracts with Danish municipalities Varde and Guldborgsund, as well as with the Danish Road Directorate to lay asphalt during 2024 and forward.
