Conversion of shares in NCC AB

According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.

NCC sells attractive office properties in Norway for nearly SEK 2 billion

NCC is selling the Valle Wood and Valle View office projects, including the remaining development rights in the Helsfyr area of Oslo, to Valle Eiendom Holding AS, a newly formed property company established by Pareto Securities, for nearly SEK 2 billion. The transaction is being carried out in two stages, the first in the fourth quarter of 2019 and the second in 2021.

NCC to build new Burlövsbadet

NCC and the Municipality of Burlöv will build the new Burlövsbadet swimming center in Arlöv, just north of Malmö. The assignment is a construction partnering project and the order value is SEK 290 million.

Joachim Holmberg will be the new Business Area Manager of NCC Property Development. He will join NCC by September 1 at the latest. He comes from Skanska, where he was the Head of commercial property development for Skanska Sweden.

Pursuant to its mandate from the Annual General Meeting held on April 9, 2019, the Board of Directors of NCC AB (publ) has decided to purchase own Series B shares.

At today’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders in NCC, the shareholders passed resolutions concerning dividend payment, election of the Board of Directors and director fees, election of auditor, guidelines for remuneration of senior executives and a long-term performance-based incentive program. Resolutions regarding the purchase and transfer of own shares were also passed.
