Changes to NCC’s Nomination Committee
Due to OBOS’ recently announced acquisition of shares in NCC, Trond Stabekk, Chief Financial Officer of OBOS, becomes a new member of NCC’s Nomination Committee. At the same time, Tobias Kaj, representing Lannebo Fonder, and Sussi Kvart, representing Handelsbanken Fonder, leaves the Nomination Committee due to previous ownership changes.
Following these changes, NCC’s Nomination Committee consists of Peter Hofvenstam (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Chief Executive Officer of Nordstjernan; Simon Blecher, Asset Manager at Carnegie Fonder and Trond Stabekk, Chief Financial Officer of OBOS.
The composition of the Nomination Committee thereby reflects the ownership in NCC.
“We are pleased that we are able to include Trond Stabekk in the Nomination Committee, nominated by OBOS, swiftly after the ownership change. We are convinced that the industry expertise and experience that OBOS brings will benefit the shareholders of NCC throughout the work of the Nomination Committee”, says Peter Hofvenstam, Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
“I consider the expertise and industry knowledge of OBOS as a great contribution to both the shareholders and the Nomination Committee. New force combined with continuity will create good conditions for NCC”, says Simon Blecher, member of the Nomination Committee.
