Nomination Committee’s proposal regarding Board of Directors of NCC AB

NCC’s Nomination Committee proposes the election of seven Board members, with no deputies, and the re-election of Alf Göransson as Chairman of the Board, for resolution at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Daniel Kjørberg Siraj, CEO of OBOS, and Cecilia Fasth, CEO of Stena Fastigheter, are proposed as new Board members. Geir Magne Aarstad has declined re-election. The re-election of all other Board members is proposed.

Alf Göransson was elected Chairman in 2020 and has been a Board member since 2019. The other Board members who are proposed for re-election are Simon de Château (member since 2020), Mats Jönsson (member since 2017), Angela Langemar Olsson (member since 2018) and Birgit Nørgaard (member since 2017).

“We propose two new members with deep industry expertise, who will be a good addition to the Board. The Nomination Committee would also like to extend its deep gratitude to Geir Magne Aarstad for his important contributions to the Board for many years,” says Peter Hofvenstam, Chairman of NCC’s Nomination Committee.

Daniel Kjørberg Siraj is CEO of OBOS since 2015 and has held various executive positions in OBOS over the past 13 years. Daniel Kjørberg Siraj was born in 1975 and has a Master in Law from the University of Oslo. He has been a board member of AF Gruppen and, since 2018, has been a board member of Veidekke. Daniel Kjørberg Siraj has notified Veidekke that he will immediately cease to participate in Veidekke’s board work, and that he will formerly step down from Veidekke’s board of directors in conjunction with NCC’s Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2023.

Cecilia Fasth has been CEO of Stena Fastigheter since 2018. She was previously CEO of Castellum Region West and has held various executive positions at Skanska. Cecilia Fasth is also a board member of Fagerhult and Swegon Group. She was born in 1973 and has a M.Sc. in Engineering from Chalmers.

The Nomination Committee’s other proposals are presented in the notification of the AGM, which will be held on March 31, 2023.
