NCC to expand police office in Linköping
NCC has been commissioned by Intea Garnisonen AB and the Swedish Police Authority to expand an office building for the police in Linköping, Sweden. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 170 million.

The expanded office building of some 5,800 square meters will have five floors and a basement. The building will comprise space for offices and other operations.

The order value is approximately SEK 170 million and will be registered in the NCC Building Sweden business area in the first quarter of 2026. The project is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2026 with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2028.
