NCC to renovate premises in the Meilahti hospital area in Helsinki, Finland

NCC has been selected to renovate premises for operating, teaching and research of dental care and dentistry in Meilahti hospital area in Helsinki, Finland. The customer is a Finnish asset management company eQ and the value of the project is about SEK 300 million.

– We are excited to give this building a new purpose with a complete renovation. NCC renovated the building in the early 2000s, so it is a privilege for us to return and continue the work, says Mika Soini, Head of NCC Building Finland.

The older part of the building will undergo a complete renovation. The basement in the newer part of the building will also be renovated. The renewed premises will be ready in autumn 2020.

The new operating, teaching and research premises will be conveniently situated in the extensive Meilahti hospital area close to several hospitals and facilities.

The total order value of SEK 300 million and will be registered in the first quarter of 2019 in business area NCC Building Nordics.
