NCC signs Credit Facility of EUR 280 million

NCC Treasury AB has as per 30 December 2021 signed a new EUR 280 million Revolving Credit Facility. The tenor is three years with two one-year extension options.

The Facility which is guaranteed by NCC AB (publ) will be used for general corporate purposes. The transaction replaces an existing EUR 260 million Revolving Credit Facility dated 21 December 2020.

The Facility was arranged by Danske Bank A/S, Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ), Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) and OP Corporate Bank plc. Danske Bank A/S acted as Documentation Agent and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) as Facility Agent.
