Buyback program completed - repurchase of NCC Series B shares in week 46, 2022

During the period November 14 – November 18, 2022, NCC (LEI-code 213800WRGLW3CY4MHW53) repurchased a total of 369,068 own Series B shares (ISIN: SE0000117970) under the framework of the repurchase program that the Board have decided. The buyback program that was initiated on May 11, 2022 is hereby completed as the maximum numbers of shares have been repurchased, a total of 10,077,740 series B shares, for a total amount of approximately SEK 1 billion.

The repurchases are part of the repurchase program of a maximum of 10 percent of Series B shares for a total of not more than SEK 1.5 bn that NCC announced on April 27, 2022. The repurchase program extends from May 11, 2022 until the 2023 Annual General Meeting and is being carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”).

All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by SEB on NCC AB’s behalf. Following the acquisitions above, NCC’s holdings of own shares as per November 18, 2022 amount to 10,843,582 Series B shares. The total number of NCC shares is 108,435,822.
