NCC’s Annual and Sustainability Report for 2025 published

“2025 was a year dominated by strong underlying profitability, strategic decisions and continued progress toward a more focused NCC. A strong foundation and clear direction provide a solid basis for profitable growth going forward,” says Tomas Carlsson, President and CEO of NCC.

NCC’s sales amounted to approximately SEK 56 bn. Operating profit amounted to SEK 1,938 million and earnings per share to SEK 14, excluding items affecting comparability. Four out of five business areas improved their earnings. An impairment loss was charged to the fourth quarter of 2025, mainly related to revised property value assessments Orders received were somewhat lower, while the number of early-stage partnering projects increased sharply, which is expected to progressively strengthen the order backlog.

NCC updated the Group’s climate targets and adopted a Climate Transition Plan to achieve net-zero emissions by 2045. NCC will reduce own emissions, Scope 1 and 2, by 42 percent by 2030. The same applies to value chain emissions, Scope 3. Emissions from own operations have decreased by 39 percent, and value chain emissions have decreased by 10 percent since the base year 2024, with addition of reference values for 2020.
