Skånegatan 1-3 – an environmentally certified landmark in Gothenburg

At the Ullevi Arena in Gothenburg, NCC has developed Skånegatan 1-3; a new office building with a strong environmental profile located near the Nya Ullevi Arena and a passage that includes for example museums, arenas and an amusement park.

In central Gothenburg, we have developed Skånegatan 1-3. An environmentally certified landmark designed by architects White Arkitekter.

The Evenemangsstråk in Gothenburg is a famous and popular location, where the arenas Nya Ullevi and Gamla Ullevi, The Swedish Exhibition Centre & Congress Centre, the amusement park Liseberg, the indoor arena Scandinavium, the science center Universeum and many restaurants, bars and hotel are situated.

The central location makes communication to and from Skånegatan 1-3 easy. An 8 minute walk will take you from the office to Gothenburg Central Station. Transport links, buses and tram (two stops to Korsvägen) are all easily accessible from the office.
