Herredscentret, Hillerød

Right next to two of Hillerød’s primary approach roads, Herredsvejen and Ege Spurs Allé, NCC is working on a unique promotional opportunity and significant visibility.

Herredscentret is undergoing continued expansion and transformation, as we constantly strive to challenge ourselves and push the boundaries.

The infrastructure and parking spaces for around 600 cars are in place.

  • The next phase will be ready for handover around 8–12 months from the contract time.

Herredscentret is reserved for DIY stores or other stores with particularly bulky goods, such as kitchens, furniture, cars, boats and gardening supplies.

There are opportunities to establish stores of 500–1,500 m².

We are developing 44,000 m² in total on the site.

Access

To ensure good access to the retail center, traffic lights have been installed at Egespurs Allé/Vølundsvej and Egespurs Allé has been widened. From the lights, it is thus possible to drive through the area and come out on Herredsvejen. Pedestrian and cycle paths have also been established through the area.
