NCC encourages all employees to participate and improve our shared workplace. An important part is the employee survey NCC Employee Voice, where our employees can express their opinion and contribute to improvements that make NCC a more attractive workplace.
NCC Employee Voice is partly an indicator of how NCC is doing, but above all it is a platform that enables continuous dialogue and improvements. The result is transparent for all employees and priorities and improvement work is a common effort in each team.
