NCC to build 185 rental apartments in Lund

NCC, on behalf of Tetra Laval Real Estate AB, is to build 185 apartments in the Västerbro district in central Lund. The project is a turnkey contract and the order value is approximately SEK 330 million.

NCC divests new office project in Solna for SEK 3.6 billion

NCC is divesting the Yrket 4 office project in the City of Solna, Sweden, to KPA Tjänstepensionsförsäkring AB, which is part of the Folksam Group. NCC will develop the property into a new head office for the public authority Svenska kraftnät.

NCC’s MIMO project to be transferred to Platzer in fourth quarter of 2024

NCC’s property development project MIMO in Mölndal will be transferred to Platzer on December 18, 2024, at which point Platzer will assume ownership of the property.

NCC sells two office projects in Gothenburg for SEK 2.2 billion

NCC is selling the Våghuset and Brick Studios office projects to Alecta Fastigheter. The properties lie next to each other on Masthuggskajen in central Gothenburg.

Carnegie Fonder replaces representative on NCC’s Nomination Committee

At the 2024 Annual General Meeting, Simon Blecher was elected to represent Carnegie Fonder on the next Nomination Committee. Carnegie Fonder has communicated that it wants to change its representative to Mattias Sjödin, Portfolio Manager at Carnegie Fonder.

Globally unique articulated hauler on site at NCC’s quarry in southern Sweden

The world’s first construction machine built using fossil-free steel arrived today at NCC’s quarry in Södra Sandby, near Lund, in southern Sweden. The construction machine, an A30G articulated hauler, was manufactured by Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE), using fossil-free steel from SSAB and will be used daily by NCC in its operations at the quarry.

Business Arena is a leading Nordic real estate event held in Helsinki 24 May 2022. NCC had an exhibition stand at the event and participated in the seminar presentations.

NCC divest rebar factory in Norrköping

NCC is divesting the Swedish operation Hercules Armering to BE Group. The operation, which is a small manufacturing unit with a factory in Norrköping, Sweden, will now have the opportunity to develop and grow.
