Normal working hours

• Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 21:00. 
• No loading on super holidays.
  
  

Ships arriving inside normal working hours will normally be loaded upon arrival, subject to available berth and/or loading crew.

If/when heavy traffic occurs, vessels must consider loading outside normal working hours in turn with other vessels.

In such case STEM will not be granted unless vessels accept loading and overtime cost.

• ISPS ships will be charged NOK 1, - pr. Mt. 

• Waste fee 350, - NOK for ships without documented waste handling. 

• Overtime cost weekdays and weekends 21:00 – 07:00 NOK 2,70/Mt. 

This as CP 1994 layout with overtime clause. 

Loading time 24 hours, with time counting and all other conditions according to Gencon C/P 1994 layout with” Friday 18:00 - Monday 07:00 – clause.” 

Vessels hold(s) to be clean and free of all residues of previous cargoes prior to commencement of loading, even if last cargo was split/sand.

Owner to keep Helle well updated of the vessel’s position and ETA Helle.

Owners to notify agent asap when fixture has been confirmed with all subs lifted.

Other expenses 

Boatman according to effective charges. 
Prospective waiting time for ballast pumping and/or sweeping of cargo holds, to be charged NOK 600, - /hour pr. man. 

Started hour to be invoiced as full hour.
