The premises feature raised access floors and a minimal number of pillars – all with the aim of being easy to adapt as your needs change. Because there is access to coworking space, you only need to rent space for your core operations – you can rent additional space when the need arises. Here, you gain access to a flexible work environment as well as a range of services in the building and the surrounding area.

It will be possible to quickly and easily reach Järva Krog Kvartersstad by public transport, bike or car.
The area is designed to be reached by bike year-round. Bike paths that are cleared of snow and ice in the winter months make the area accessible from all directions. The major regional and local bike paths go through the district and it takes about 25 minutes to bike to the city.
By bus and commuter train
If you are traveling by public transport, Ulriksdal commuter train station is a five-minute walk away. From Ulriksdal, it’s seven minutes to Odenplan and eight minutes to Stockholm City.
Järva Krog is also serviced by several bus routes as well as Airport Coaches (Flygbussarna) with a stop located just outside the properties.
Järva Krog is located alongside the E4 Expressway and the Enköpingsvägen route. This provides direct access to the major motorways. Each property block has an underground garage and there is a public parking garage (P-hus) in the area.
