HOFOR, Greater Copenhagen Utility, has selected NCC as the main contractor for the construction of a new, modern water treatment plant on Zealand in Denmark. Regnemark water treatment plant is Denmark’s largest. The order value is approximately SEK 600 million.
NCC has been commissioned by the City of Turku to refurbish Nummi School in Turku. The school encompasses a total of 7,000 square meters and the contract is valued at approximately SEK 180 million.
NCC has signed a partnering agreement with Upplands-Brohus to renovate a total of 258 apartments on Fasanstigen in Upplands-Bro, north of Stockholm. The project is now starting with the renovation of 56 apartments.
NCC will build a new hospital building for psychiatry in Bærum municipality. The project is commissioned by the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, Helse Sør-Øst. The order value is approximately SEK 1 billion.
NCC is divesting the scaffolding company Bergnäset Ställningsmontage to REMONDIS Maintenance & Services Sweden AB. The transaction is expected to have a positive impact on earnings in business area Infrastructure of around SEK 175 M at closing, which is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2023.
NCC signs another contract with Energinet for expansion of the electricity grid in Denmark. NCC will carry out construction work to connect the Thor Offshore Wind Farm in Jutland to the national grid. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 200 million.
NCC has been contracted by Oslobygg KF to build the Stovner swim center in Oslo, Norway. The parties have developed the project in partnering form and construction of the swim center can now commence. The order value is approximately SEK 800 million.
NCC has been commissioned by FällesBo to conduct an extensive refurbishment of 21 apartment blocks comprising a total of 441 apartments in Porshöj in central Herning, Denmark. The assignment is a turnkey contract valued at approximately SEK 550 million.
Region Sörmland has contracted NCC to refurbish and convert a total of five floors in two existing hospital buildings at Nyköping lasarett. The projects are the final two sub-projects of the strategic partnering arrangement between NCC and Region Sörmland. The total order value is approximately SEK 270 million.
Uppsalahem has contracted NCC to build 276 student apartments in the Kåbo district of central Uppsala. The project is a turnkey contract with fixed price and the order value is approximately SEK 260 million.
On behalf of Energinet, NCC is to expand the electricity supply in Copenhagen, Denmark. The work relates to lay five new kilometer-long stretches of pipes and high-voltage cables in the areas of Nörrebro, Österbro, Amager and Gentofte. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 270 million.
NCC has been commissioned by the City of Västerås to construct Drömfabriken in Skultuna, Västerås. Drömfabriken will be a meeting place with a new school, library and after-school club. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 340 million.
