FAS (Free Alongside Ship). FAS-fixings are effective for "Schüttsteine" and "Armor Rock Stone/Boulder."

In cases where the fixing is FAS, but where the character is asking NCC to handle the loading directly onboard the ship/barge, NCC will charge NOK 12.95 per ton to cover the loading cost. This charge is based upon normal loading capacity and requires the loading to be proceeded without delay in loading due to ballast pumping, etc.

General conditions according to Gencon C/P 1994 layout with "Friday 5 pm Monday 7 am" clause.

We recommend that JOS Shipping AS to be appointed as the agent, and that the vessel keeps the agent well informed of its position and estimated time of arrival (ETA). JOS Shipping AS should be notified as soon as possible when fixing and STEM have been confirmed.
