liseberg hotell

NCC and Liseberg amusement park, through the development company Liseberg Skår AB, have signed a contract for an expansion including a destination hotel with 457 rooms, located at the Nordic region’s largest amusement park. The order value is approximately SEK 850 million.

NCC is to build the new headquarters of Danish shipping line DFDS in Copenhagen for PensionDanmark. On completion, the building will resemble a large vessel docked at port.

NCC is building two subsea road tunnels on the Faroe Islands. The contract has been divided into two sub-projects. Work on the first tunnel, called the Eysturoy tunnel, was started in December 2016 and will be completed in 2019-2020.

In accordance with NCC’s Articles of Association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that their shares be converted to Series B shares. As a result of such conversion, the total number of voting rights in the company is reduced. In connection with conversion, the company is obligated, pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), to disclose details of the change in this manner.

NCC has been commissioned to construct the new Kinnari school in Järvenpää, Finland. The project will be carried out with the customer, the city of Järvenpää, in the form of a partnering arrangement. The project is valued at approximately SEK 255 million.

NCC is present at Lähiöfest 2017 in Helsinki 25 September – 1 October. Lähiöfest is a chain of events spread across ten of Helsinki’s neighbourhoods to awaken debate on the changing cityscape.
