We Land office building in Helsinki fully leased
We Land was completed in the summer of 2024. One of the first tenants to move in was Deloitte. Since then, new tenants have continued to join the building, and We Land has now reached full occupancy. A total of 11 companies operate in the building. The 14-storey property offers approximately 21,000 square metres of leasable office space.
Other major tenants at We Land include Helen, Hiab and Kalmar. The top floor is home to Demo, Finland’s oldest Michelin-starred restaurant. Located in Ruoholahti in Helsinki, We Land is an office building where every detail, including the architecture, has been carefully considered.

Earlier this year, the property became the first office building in Finland to achieve the highest Outstanding rating under the BREEAM sustainable buildings certification scheme.
The building offers three restaurants, concierge services and meeting facilities. The top floor also features a sky lounge with meeting rooms and panoramic views. In addition, tenants have access to an event space and a gym.
“All of our completed office properties are now fully leased, and our focus has increasingly turned to future developments. We intend to continue developing high-quality office projects and bringing new options to the market for businesses,” Jiang says.
