NCC signs framework agreement for paving work in Lund, Sweden
NCC has signed a framework agreement with Lund Municipality and Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB (LKF) for asphalt paving. The agreement extends over a maximum of four years with a total volume of approximately SEK 200 million.
NCC appoints Mattias Andersson as new General Counsel
NCC has appointed Mattias Andersson as its new General Counsel. He will take office in October 2026 at the latest and will become a member of NCC’s Senior Management Team. Mattias Andersson succeeds Ann-Marie Hedbeck, who will take office as Head of Business Development for the Green Industry Transformation business area.

NCC to construct new waterworks in Skutskär
NCC has been contracted by Gästrike Vatten to build a new waterworks in Mon, Skutskär, Sweden. The project is part of efforts to strengthen water supply in Gävle and Älvkarleby municipalities. The order value is approximately SEK 650 million.

NCC initiates extensive concreting and groundworks for LKAB in Gällivare
NCC has signed an agreement with LKAB to conduct initial work for the new sorting plant in Vitåfors, Gällivare. The order value is approximately SEK 650 million and comprises concreting and groundworks.

NCC has been commissioned by Östersund Municipality to construct a new waterworks next to the existing Minnesgärde waterworks. The project is a partnering contract with an order value of approximately SEK 700 million.
NCC to build sports arena in Fredrikstad, Norway
NCC has been commissioned by Fredrikstad Municipality to construct an ice center and multi-purpose arena in the city. A construction contract has now been signed following completion of the development phase, which was conducted in partnering form. The order value is approximately SEK 580 million.
