Summary of NCC’s 2026 Annual General Meeting
Today at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the shareholders of NCC passed resolutions concerning inter alia the adoption of the income statement and the balance sheet, payment of a dividend, a new long-term performance-based incentive program, and the transfer of own Series B shares and authorization for the Board of Directors to decide on the repurchase of own Series B shares.
NCC to refurbish National Archives in Helsinki
NCC has been commissioned by Senatfastigheter to completely refurbish and remodel the main building of the National Archives of Finland in Helsinki. The project is being carried out in partnering form with the Finnish Heritage Agency. The order value is approximately SEK 480 million.
NCC to redevelop office building in Espoo for SEK 0.5 bn
NCC has been commissioned by the Finnish real estate development and investment company HGR Property Partners to redevelop and extend the property Metallum in Espoo, Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 500 million.

NCC to construct swim center in Vantaa
NCC and the City of Vantaa have signed an agreement for a new swim center in Vantaa, Finland. The swim center is part of a larger initiative involving a new sports facility in the city, called Elmo Sport Park. The order value for the swim center is approximately SEK 460 million.
