NCC is implementing impairment charges relating to property values. Strong underlying operating profit in the fourth quarter
NCC is implementing impairment charges of approximately SEK 1.4 billion, primarily related to revised assessments of property values within Property Development. The impairment charges will be reported as items affecting comparability in the fourth-quarter earnings, mainly impacting operating profit. The impairment charges have no impact on cash flow and do not affect NCC’s capacity to distribute dividends. According to preliminary figures, NCC’s net sales for the fourth quarter 2025 are expected to amount to SEK 15,929 million, and operating profit (EBIT) to SEK 692 million, excluding items affecting comparability. Orders received is strong during the fourth quarter, and the number of early-phase collaboration agreements is at a very high level.
NCC to construct unique twin school in Surahammar, Sweden
NCC has been commissioned by Surahammar Municipality to construct a new school leveraging the construction documents for a school previously built by NCC in Norrköping. NCC is therefore submitting a tender based on a school that has already been built and where NCC owns the right to use all of the construction documents. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 175 million.
NCC signs asphalt order for the Swedish Transport Administration in southwestern Sweden
NCC has signed contracts with the Swedish Transport Administration for road maintenance in southwestern Sweden. The agreements will run for three years. The total order value is approximately SEK 160 million.
NCC to build offices and laboratory for just over SEK 2 billion
NCC has been commissioned to construct an office and laboratory project in Denmark. The order value is approximately SEK 2.37 billion.
NCC appoints Katarina Wilson as new CFO
NCC has appointed Katarina Wilson as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She will succeed Susanne Lithander, who will retire. Katarina will take over the role on June 1, 2026 at the latest and will join NCC’s Senior Management Team.
NCC to construct Heleneholmsbadet in Malmö
NCC will partner with Malmö Stadsfastigheter to build the new Heleneholmsbadet swim center in Malmö. The assignment is a turnkey partnering contract and the order value is approximately SEK 475 million.
NCC to modernize Viborg’s central wastewater treatment plant in Denmark
NCC, in a consortium with Envidan, has been commissioned by Energi Viborg Vand A/S to modernize and expand Viborg’s central wastewater treatment plant on Denmark’s Jutland peninsula. The project is a turnkey contract, and the total order value for the consortium is approximately SEK 630 million.
NCC awarded SEK 1.5 billion renovation contract in central Stockholm
NCC has been commissioned to renovate and improve accessibility in a block located in central Stockholm. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 1.5 billion.

NCC to construct swim center in Karlskrona
NCC will build a new swim center in Rödeby in collaboration with Karlskrona Municipality. The new swim center will be constructed adjacent to the existing outdoor pool facility and replace the current indoor pool facility. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 200 million.
