NCC to redevelop office building in Espoo for SEK 0.5 bn
NCC has been commissioned by the Finnish real estate development and investment company HGR Property Partners to redevelop and extend the property Metallum in Espoo, Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 500 million.
Summary of NCC’s 2025 Annual General Meeting
Today at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the shareholders of NCC passed resolutions concerning inter alia the adoption of the income statement and the balance sheet, payment of a dividend, a new long-term performance-based incentive program, as well as the transfer and authorization for the Board of Directors to decide on the repurchase of own Series B shares.
NCC signs asphalt agreements for SEK 840 million in northern Sweden
NCC has signed 19 agreements with the Swedish Transport Administration for road maintenance in northern Sweden. The agreements apply to 2025 and have a total order value of approximately SEK 840 million.

NCC to build new elementary school in Ängelholm, Sweden
NCC is partnering with Ängelholmslokaler to construct a new elementary school for 550 students. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form and the order value is approximately SEK 250 million. To mark the transition of the project to construction phase, a first ceremonial pouring was held today.
NCC signs additional asphalt contracts in Norway for approximately SEK 750 million
NCC has signed another 14 asphalt contracts with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (SVV) and regions in Norway. The term of the contracts is one year, and the total order value is approximately SEK 750 million.
Invitation to presentation of NCC’s interim report for the first quarter 2025
NCC’s interim report for the first quarter 2025 will be published on Tuesday April 29, 2025. The report will be distributed and published on NCC’s website ncc.com/ir at, or around, 7:10 a.m. CEST.
NCC helps to develop and transform Mälardalen University
Following a procurement process, NCC has been selected by Hemsö as the contractor for the development of the “S” building at Mälardalen University, which will be repurposed from its current function as a teaching facility into office space. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 150 million.

NCC to build new recycling center in Kiruna
NCC has been commissioned by LKAB to construct a new recycling center in Kiruna. The project is a turnkey contract with an order value of approximately SEK 160 million, and completion is scheduled for the autumn of 2026.
