Repurchase of NCC Series B shares in week 32, 2022
During the period August 8 – August 12, 2022, NCC (LEI-code 213800WRGLW3CY4MHW53) repurchased a total of 287,147 own Series B shares (ISIN: SE0000117970) under the framework of the repurchase program that the Board have decided.
NCC to construct Valkeavuori campus in Finland
NCC has signed an agreement with the City of Kaarina, outside Turku, to construct a new school for 1,000 students. The project is a turnkey contract, and the order value is approximately SEK 380 million.
