NCC to build retirement home in Västerås

NCC and the City of Västerås are to jointly build a retirement home with 90 apartments and common areas at Öster Mälarstrand in Västerås, Sweden. The order is worth SEK 260 million.

NCC to build North Zealand’s new super hospital

The Hovedstaden region of Denmark has chosen NCC to construct the New North Zealand Hospital, the last of the super hospitals to be built in Denmark. NCC and the New North Zealand Hospital will now work out the details and plan to sign an agreement during the fourth quarter.

NCC to build 225 apartments in Linköping for Riksbyggen

Together with Riksbyggen, NCC will build eight new apartment blocks with a total of 182 rental units and 43 tenant-owner apartments in Berga Park, Linköping. The order is worth SEK 290 million.

NCC secures order of nearly SEK 1.4 billion to construct Nicolinehus in Aarhus

NCC has been commissioned by property developer Bricks A/S to build Nicolinehus in Aarhus, a construction project of 40,000 square meters valued at nearly SEK 1.4 billion. Nicolinehus will form a link between the city and the port comprising housing units, a market hall, stores, fitness centers, offices and restaurants.

NCC to build forensic medicine premises for National Institute for Health and Welfare in Helsinki

NCC has been selected by state owned real estate company Senate Properties to construct the new building for the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) in, Helsinki, Finland. The order value is over SEK 300 million and it is one of the key partnering projects of Senate Properties.

NCC sells logistics property in Brunna to M&G Real Estate

NCC is divesting the Lyckobrunnen logistics project in Brunna, Upplands Bro, to global real estate investment firm M&G Real Estate for SEK 190 million.

Joachim Holmberg new Business Area Manager of NCC Property Development

Joachim Holmberg will be the new Business Area Manager of NCC Property Development. He will join NCC by September 1 at the latest. He comes from Skanska, where he was the Head of commercial property development for Skanska Sweden.

NCC to build clinic for St. Olavs Hospital in Trondheim

NCC has been commissioned by St. Olavs Hospital HF to build a high-security clinic for psychiatric care at Østmarka in Trondheim, Norway. The order value is almost SEK 300 million and the assignment will be carried out as a turnkey contract.

NCC has secured an order worth more than SEK 1.5 billion to build 233 housing units and a parking garage on Kronløbsøen, a new island at Copenhagen Nordhavn. The parties behind the project, which comprises a total floor area of 63,600 square meters, are By & Havn, PensionDanmark and Nordkranen.
