Nomination Committee’s proposal regarding Board of Directors of NCC AB
NCC’s Nomination Committee proposes the election of seven Board members, with no deputies, and the re-election of Alf Göransson as Chairman of the Board, for resolution at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Daniel Kjørberg Siraj, CEO of OBOS, and Cecilia Fasth, CEO of Stena Fastigheter, are proposed as new Board members. Geir Magne Aarstad has declined re-election. The re-election of all other Board members is proposed.
NCC to construct 213 residential units in Järva Krog
NCC has been commissioned by Aros Bostad to build 213 rental apartments in Järva Krog adjacent to NCC’s head office in Stockholm. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 400 million.

NCC to expand Forslunda water treatment plant in Umeå
NCC and Vakin are now initiating an expansion of the Forslunda water treatment plant in Umeå to meet the increased capacity needs of the municipality. The project is a design-build contract and the order value is SEK 180 million.
Invitation to presentation of NCC’s interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2022
NCC’s interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2022 will be published on Tuesday January 31, 2023. The report will be distributed and published on NCC’s website ncc.com/ir at, or around, 7:10 a.m. CET.
NCC to build Hokksund Treatment Plant in Norway
On behalf of Övre Eiker Municipality in south-eastern Norway, NCC has been contracted to build the new Hokksund Treatment Plant. Construction will commence in early 2023 and the order value is approximately SEK 350 million.
NCC signs construction contract to build Park Central in Gothenburg
NCC has signed an agreement for the construction of Park Central. This project comprises a station and office building totaling approximately 40,000 square meters and is to be constructed directly adjacent to Gothenburg Central Station and the West Link (Västlänken) Centralen station.
NCC to refurbish 303 residential units for BO-VEST in Copenhagen
NCC has been contracted by BO-VEST and Vridsløselille Andelsboligforening to refurbish 303 residential units in the Blokland area of Albertslund on the outskirts of Copenhagen in Denmark. The order value is approximately SEK 440 million.
NCC to construct 75 apartments for Riksbyggen
NCC has been contracted by Riksbyggen to construct 75 apartments in the Getberget area of Skellefteå, Sweden. The order value is approximately SEK 175 million.
NCC to build 179 apartments for Niam in Turku
NCC has signed an agreement with Niam for the construction of three residential buildings with a total of 179 rental apartments in the Herttuankulma area of Turku in Finland. The order value is approximately SEK 240 million.
